Shipping Charges/Shipping Times
PontiacMall offers standard and priority shipping methods within the 48 states.
Most standard shipments are sent Federal Express Ground or the United Postal
Service, unless the delivery address is a post office box or APO/FPO. In the event that we are asked to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO, we ship via U.S. Postal Service first class mail.
Priority Shipments are usually sent Federal Express 2 Day Air. We can not provide priority service to post office boxes, APO/FPO address, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico.
Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico are sent via Federal Express or the United States Postal Service.

Large & Overweight Items
Certain large and overweight items may have a shipping surcharge. The surcharge will be indicated on the product detail page and the shipping surcharge added at check out.
In the event that you're placing an order from a country outside of the U.S., the order must meet the following requirements:
International Order Criteria
All orders shipped outside the 50 United States and U.S. territories and possessions must meet the following criteria:
Merchandise value of order must meet or exceed US $300.00. Canada is excluded from this requirement.
All duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items that have a "drop ship" status cannot be shipped internationally. An item classified "drop ship" is an item that is shipped directly from the vendor to the customer.
All international orders must have a complete physical address including country and telephone number.
All international orders must be paid with either a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.
No returns will be processed on International Orders.
All International orders must be shipped to the billing address unless the order is being shipped to the United States.
International Shipping Charges will include a minimum $60 surcharge that
will be added to the standard shipping charges. Our customer service
representative will contact you if there are additional charges.
Canadian orders and orders outside the 48 Continental United States please note the following:
Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. territories and possessions are charged an additional US $10.00 in addition to the normal shipping and handling charge.
